Mandi Martin Goodrich is a licensed funeral director and third generation manager with Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Mandi attended Columbia State Community College and Tennessee Tech University. She is a Past-President of the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association (TFDA). She is the first third generation funeral director to serve as the TFDA President, and third female. Following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Past TFDA President, Clyde Stephens and her mother, Past TFDA President, Pam Stephens. Mandi serves on the board of Franklin Tomorrow. She is active in both the Franklin & Spring Hill communities. Married to her supportive husband, Clarke Goodrich and the mother of two very active children, Stirlin Marlin and Langley Marlin. Member of Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Hobbies include cheering on the Tennessee Vols, playing golf, boating, and traveling to any beach, especially the British Virgin Islands!

Paul, a U.S. Army Veteran, was born and raised in Illinois and moved to our beautiful state in 2021. He currently resides in Cookeville, Tennessee with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, Aiden and Colin.
Paul received his degree from John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN and joined our firm in 2024 as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He is also one of our Certified Crematory Operators.
Before entering funeral service, Paul worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years, practicing as a licensed Surgical Assistant and holding various roles across the medical industry. His background brings a deep understanding of care, precision, and service to the families he now serves.
He currently serves as a Board Member for the Upper Cumberland Funeral Directors Association and is an active member of St. Philip Catholic Church. He is also a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus with council 7764 in Franklin, TN.
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, perfecting his BBQ/smoking skills, and working his small family farm. He brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to our firm and is dedicated to serving families with the values and traditions we hold dear.





Brandi Hickman Ray is a compassionate and experienced funeral director with over two decades of dedicated service in the funeral industry. A proud native of Williamson County, Tennessee, Brandi is a graduate of Page High School and an alumna of John A. Gupton College.
Brandi is honored to serve the community where she grew up, providing personalized and professional celebrations of life during some of the most difficult times families face. Her work is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to honoring each individual’s legacy with dignity.
Beyond her professional role, Brandi has spent the past eight years as the Head Coach of the Thompson Station Middle School Softball team. Her passion for coaching reflects her dedication to mentoring young people and giving back to her community in meaningful ways.
Brandi and her husband, Brandon Ray, are the proud parents of two sons, Brayten and Brodie. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes the time spent with her loved ones. Her life and work are guided by a strong belief in service, compassion, and community.







Sarah Johnson serves as an Advance Planning Specialist with Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home and Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, a role she assumed in June 2024. She brings over two decades of experience as a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, including ten years in funeral home management. Throughout her career, Sarah has remained committed to guiding families with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
Originally from rural Kansas, Sarah earned her degree with honors in Mortuary Science in Kansas City before spending 12 years in Arizona. She and her husband eventually made their home in Spring Hill, Tennessee, where they enjoy the sense of community and access to the outdoors. In her free time, Sarah loves hiking, kayaking, visiting antique shops, and attending live music events with her husband, Mark, and adult son, Gage.
Sarah’s dedication to funeral service is rooted in a sincere desire to serve her community. She finds great meaning in helping families plan ahead, knowing that making final arrangements in advance is one of the most thoughtful and lasting gifts we can leave our loved ones.


With over 25 years in ministry, two decades of event planning, and 18 years in the insurance industry, Kim Stone brings a rare blend of compassion, wisdom, and professionalism to her role at Williamson Memorial. Having personally walked through seasons of tremendous loss, Kim understands the depth of grief and the importance of peace during life’s most difficult moments.
Before joining the funeral profession, Kim was honored to plan or speak at more than 26 Life Celebration Services — experiences that prepared her heart and confirmed her calling. She believes God has divinely positioned her to serve families with empathy, faith, and a calming presence.
Originally from Kentucky, Kim spent time in Southern California before making Tennessee her home more than 35 years ago. Today, she is deeply rooted in Williamson County — a place she proudly calls home.
A proud mother of three adult sons — Grayson, Josh, and Grant — and a doting grandmother to two grandsons, Kim finds joy in family, faith, and connection. She is active at Christ Chapel in Spring Hill, TN, serves on several nonprofit boards, and enjoys listening to music, binge-watching movies, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.




Katie Vanderpool serves as the Administrative Assistant at Spring Hill Memorial Park & Funeral Home, bringing over 30 years of administrative experience to her role. Known for her professionalism, organization, and compassionate demeanor, Katie plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the funeral home and providing support to both staff and families.
A native of Franklin, Tennessee, and a graduate of Franklin High School, Katie now lives in Spring Hill, where she is proud to serve her local community. Her extensive background in administrative work, coupled with her dedication to service, allows her to offer families the care and respect they deserve during their time of need.
Outside the office, Katie enjoys flower gardening, shopping, and spending time with friends—activities that reflect her appreciation for beauty, connection, and joy in everyday life. She takes great pride in being part of a team that supports families with dignity, compassion, and grace.
