Sandee Jones

Sandra (Sandee) Jones, age 71 of Clarksville, TN passed away April 11, 2022 following a lengthy illness.

Sandee was born October 7, 1950, in Wellington, Kansas and was the daughter of Virgil and Velma Dickinson of Wellington, Kansas.

Sandee was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mom, grandma and friend.  Her number one priority was family. She loved her kids and grandchildren. Sandee always opened her home to those in need and made them feel welcomed. She loved family gatherings, especially, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Sandee loved all things equestrian and owned several horses. Mom loved to play board games with her family. Checkers, Uno, Rummy and Dominoes were some of her favorites.

Preceded in death by a daughter: Pamela Sherene Zumwalt; brother: Tommy Dean Carothers; and parents: Virgil and Velma Dickinson.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years: Tommy Howard Jones; and ex husband: George Eugene Zumwalt; son: Darin Eugene Zumwalt and wife Kristin of Spring Hill, TN; grandchildren: Shawn Zumwalt and Tommy Doolen of Joplin Missouri, Katelyn, Lauren and Cameron Zumwalt of Spring Hill, TN: sister:  Bobbie Fowler of Murfreesboro, TN.

Sandee’s family will gather with friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home for visitation. A celebration of her life will begin at 2:00 PM.
