Romelle Johnson

Romelle Raymond Johnson, age 88 of Thompson’s Station, TN passed away December 16, 2022. She was born in International Falls, MN to the late Theodore and Lillian Raymond. She met her husband, William, while working together for General Electric in Richland, WA. They were married for 63 years prior to William’s passing. Her career was spent as an Activities Director at Potomac Valley Nursing Home, in the Washington, DC metro area where she truly loved working with the elderly. After retirement, she spent a lot of time on the golf course and enjoyed traveling.

Romelle is preceded in death by her husband, William Harris Johnson and her six siblings, Rick, Wally, Missy, Sharon, Gail and Candace. She is survived by her sons, Matthew (Margaret) Johnson of Cambridge, NY, Timothy (Carolyn) Johnson of Garner, NC; and daughter, Angela (Barry) Starr of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Catherine Johnson, Jennifer Johnson, Stephanie Johnson, Brittany (Kyle) McFarland and Trent Starr; and many other loving family members and friends.
