Nelson Payne Jr.

Mr. Nelson Saunders Payne, Jr. age 70 of Spring Hill, TN went to be with the Lord on June 5, 2018. Mr. Payne was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Nelson Payne Sr. & Mary Anderson Payne. He was a veteran of the US Army and he went on to retire from the Federal Government Retirement Office. He was the co-owner of Spring Hill Tax Services. He loved his dogs dearly and was an avid reader. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind his loving wife, Edie Schlicht Payne; sons, Tim Craig and Steve (Tracie) Craig; daughter, Saundra (Michael) Patak; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Mr. Payne will be laid to rest in the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery in Annapolis, Maryland. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
