Mrs. Christine Anderson Edwards, age 95, of Spring Hill, TN, passed away May 25, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Christine, or "Grannie" as most everyone called her was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, friend, factory worker, homemaker, and member of Spring Hill Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Harry A. "Papa" Edwards in 2009; parents, George F. & Alma Hickerson Anderson; infant son, James Randall Edwards; grandsons, Philip Daniel "Danny" Bennett & Jason Paul Edwards; 7 brothers & 4 sisters.
Survived by her children, Harry A. (Ann) Edwards, Jr. of Spring Hill, TN, Linda C. (Charles) Morton of Hampshire, TN, Diane E. (Phil) Bennett of Spring Hill, TN, William H. (Paula) Edwards of Spring Hill, TN & Paul A. (Nancy) Edwards of Lilburn, GA; 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren & 8 great great grandchildren; special friends, Brian & Lorraine Jones of Canada; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, May 29, 2015 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Craig Evans officiating. Burial in Spring Hill Memorial Park.
