Michael David Cremeans, 49, of Spring Hill, passed away after his brave battle with cancer on June 26, 2026 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Michael was born in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Richard Donald Cremeans and Nova Jane (Booth) on November 3, 1976. He grew up and attended school in Chesapeake, Oh, and on February 26, 1997 he married the love of his life and best friend, Betsy Michelle (Kilgore).

Mike began his career as a food service director in hospitals in Ohio and Illinois. His career then brought him to Tennessee where he worked in supply chain for the healthcare industry until he could no longer due to his illness.

Mike was truly a family man, nothing was more important to him. He was a devoted husband and father. He loved his wife Betsy dearly and he loved the life that he had built with her. Together they raised five children and he made sure everyone knew how much he loved them and how proud of them he was.

Mike loved watching sports, traveling, and especially game nights with family and friends. Mike was definitely a people person. He loved conversation and he never met a stranger. He enjoyed having his friends and loved ones around all of the time.

Mike was an amazing person. He had such a beautiful spirit. He was always willing to help anyone in any way that he could. He truly wanted the best for everyone and always saw the good in every person and every situation.

Mike was such an inspiration. He fought his cancer so courageously, He smiled through the pain and laughed through the tears. He never felt sorry for himself and he never let it get him down. He put his trust in God and knew that it was all for a reason yet to be known.

We will miss him so much but we know that his suffering is over and he is now at peace in his heavenly home.

Michael is preceded in death by his father Richard Donald Cremeans.

Michael is survived by his loving wife Betsy Cremeans, His five children, Andrew Cremeans, Sarah Cremeans, Shawn Cremeans, Matthew (Beth) Clifford, and Emily Kilgore. His brothers Oscar Cremeans, Richie Cremeans, and Keith Cremeans. He is also survived by his mother Nova Cremeans.

Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Spring Hill Memorial 

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Spring Hill Memorial.
