Juanita Clough Riggin, age 100, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025. Reaching a milestone few are blessed to see, Juanita embraced a full century of life, a life marked by resilience and an unwavering spirit.

Born on February 7, 1925 in Wyaconda, Missouri, to Lester Rainey and Margaret Lorine Black, Juanita carried with her the values of strength, simplicity, and perseverance. She and her husband Max Clough spent many years in Portage, Indiana, where they witnessed the community flourish and grow. Later in life, she made Spring Hill, Tennessee, her home, choosing to settle close to the family she cherished so deeply.

Juanita’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her children, Leslie (Andrew) Mead and Philip (Becky) Clough, her seven grandchildren; and her nineteen great-grandchildren, each one blessed by her wisdom, quiet strength, and steadfast love. She was preceded in death by her husband Max Clough with whom she now reunites in eternal peace.

A woman of grace and fortitude, Juanita will be remembered for the life she lived and the century of memories she leaves behind. Her presence will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to shine through the generations she has touched.
