John Ruck

John Paul Ruck, age 85 of Lewisburg, TN passed away January 27, 2023. He was born in Amityville, NY to the late George Ruck & Pauline Cravens-Pirtle Ruck. John was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He worked for Local 492 in Nashville, TN as an iron worker. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Janice Johnson; sister, Mariam Crook; nephew, David Ruck; niece, Stephanie Sadler; grandson, Chris Johnson and a great-grandson. John is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Judy Hartley Ruck of Lewisburg, TN; daughters, Beth Meadors of Mt. Juliet, TN, Darlene Johnson of Hermitage, TN, Shelley (John) Flick of Lewisburg, TN and Rebecca Ruck of Colorado; five brothers; four sisters; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many other loving family members. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the National Autism Association.
