Jane Blackburn

Mrs. Jane Francine Blackburn, age 75 of Columbia, TN passed away August 10, 2016. She retired from AmSouth Bank as Chief Teller and attended The Church of the Nativity in Spring Hill, TN. Jane is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Elwin Blackburn; parents, Adrian John and Ruth Zella Morris Payne; brothers, Tom and Raymond Payne; sister, Lillie Powers. Survived by daughters, Jenny Ruth Owens and Nikki Lynn Conner; son, Charles "Vick" (Misty) Oelze; step-daughters, Julie Patrick and Cindy Lynch; brothers, Joe Payne and Christopher Payne; sisters, Trudy Hickey, Carolyn Lopes, "Winnie" Doris Johnson and Mary Barnett; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Graveside Services will be conducted 2:00PM Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Spring Hill Memorial Park, Father Kirk, Celebrant. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
