Jamie Nicole Johnston, age 29 of Spring Hill, TN passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017.
Jamie was born in Flint, MI on October 13, 1987, daughter of Ronald & Kathleen Brack.
Survivors include her parents, Ronald & Kathleen Brack; sister, Jennifer Brack; grandmother, Rita Jackson; grandfather, Thurston Brack; nephew, Issiah Brack; niece, Naomi Creson; special cousin, Kristi Ogles; several aunts, uncles, cousins, loving neighbors and numerous amount of friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm where a celebration of Jamie's life will be conducted on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 2:00 pm with an hour visitation prior to service.
Burial will follow in Spring Hill Memorial Park.
