Harry A. "Bud" Edwards, Jr. age 75 of Spring Hill, passed away February 22, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Christine Edwards; brothers, Paul and James Randall Edwards; and son-in-law, Darrel Hickman. Devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
Served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring after 20 years of service. Served in the Vietnam War as well as many countries all over the world. Harry had a work ethic that was beyond most people. Retired after 25 years with Stevens Aviation and 6 years with John Deere Company. Family was very important to Buddy. Member of Spring Hill Church of Christ and American Legion Post 19.
Survived by his wife of 53 years, Ann P. Edwards; sons, Vincent Paul (Nicole) Edwards and Phillip Wayne (Michelle) Edwards; and daughter, Donna Marie Hickman all of Spring Hill, TN; sisters, Linda C. (Charles) Morton of Hampshire, TN and Diane E. (Phil) Bennett of Spring Hill, TN; brother, William H. (Paula) Edwards of Spring Hill, TN; grandchildren, Heather Hickman, Hope and Kyle Edwards, Ethan and Nicholas Edwards, and Mason and Channing Edwards; great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Issac, Zoey, Ava and Layne; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Service will be at 3:00PM Monday, February 26, 2018 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Craig Evans officiating. Interment Spring Hill Memorial Park with full military honors. Pallbearers Chuck Morton, Greg Boyd, Jimmy Mash, Michael Mash, Mack Edwards, Brian Edwards, Ben Jones and Riley Jones. Honorary pallbearers Kyle Edwards, David and Geri Ann Edwards, Johnny and Daryn Edwards, Hendley and Beverly Edwards, Alma Ann Walters, Dwain and Glenna Bradley, Margaret Robertson, Rip and Kay Baxter, Carlton and Shelia Dale, Aubrey Baker and Jimmy Anderson.
Memorials may be made to Spring Hill Church of Christ Building Fund, P. O. Box 696, Spring Hill, TN 37174 or Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Fund, 410 Allied Drive, Nashville, TN 37211.
