Dorothy Styers

Dorothy Godwin Styers, age 91 of Spring Hill, TN passed away on July 26, 2018. Born in Goldsboro, NC to the late John and Alpha Leggett Godwin. She formerly lived in Signal Mountain, TN where she was a member of the Signal Mountain Baptist Church. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dean Styers, Jr.; sister, Ann Britton. She leaves behind her two sons, Ron (Nancy) Styers of Franklin, TN and David Styers of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Michael (Teia) Styers, Rachel Styers and Jennifer (Ryan) Hibbard; great grandchildren, Andrew, Addison and Alaina Hibbard, Fox Styers as well as many other loving family and friends. An inurnment will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Jim Taylor officiating.
