Anthony “Tony” C. Evans, age 92 of Spring Hill, TN passed away at home on October 23, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Tony was born on August 17, 1934, in England to the late Alice and Edward Evans. He was an exceptionally intelligent man, a dedicated hard worker, and a talented designer and engineer. Throughout his career, he worked for Kelsey-Hayes, where he made significant contributions to brake design. His name was included on a patent for his work designing brakes, reflecting his knowledge, skill, and dedication to his profession. Tony will be remembered for his intelligence, strong work ethic, and the lasting impact of his work.

He is survived by his daughter, Maxine (Ed) Jones; grandchildren, Jordan (Cassie) Kiernan, Zach (Brittany) Kiernan, Kelsey (Matt) Dugger, and Hayley Jones; 12 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Evans and brother, Allen Evans.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
